Chair, AAGL Endometriosis/Reproductive Surgery Special Interest Group

Dr. Jeff Arrington is known far and wide as an outspoken endometriosis advocate, expert endometriosis excision surgeon, and advanced Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery specialist. Since the early days of his Fellowship training, he has continued to challenge his knowledge and surgical skills to help patients with “hopeless” cases of disease.

Brittany

RN, BSN
Brittany was introduced to the endo community when she was diagnosed in 2019. She jumped at the chance to be a part of offering exceptional care to endometriosis patients. Brittany is a mom of two and loves camping, hiking, skiing, and (almost) anything else outdoors.

Lily Mae

Administrative Assistant

Lily Mae Bodem is a South Carolina native who recently moved to Utah! Lily Mae was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2022. From the moment she woke up from surgery, she knew that her passion was to help others who were battling this disease. She is a published author, sharing her own endo journey in her book “Endometriosis: The Secret Thief.”

Angie

Surgery Scheduler

Angie is happy to be working again with Dr. Arrington! She worked for him for many years while he was with Ogden Women’s Clinic and Ogden Clinic. She brings a wide knowledge of medical office duties. She’s worked as a receptionist and as the benefits specialist. She is now working as our surgery scheduler. She loves exercising, hiking, and the beach. She has 4 kids and 4 beautiful granddaughters. Her family is her biggest highlight!

Audrey

Benefits Specialist

Audrey joined the Endowest team in 2023. She began as a temporary receptionist during a transition. She did so well  that we kept her as our benefits specialist. She has flourished in learning this new role and has become an important part of our team. Her highest priority is giving patients accurate information as they make financial determination regarding their care at Endowest. Audrey is studying elementary education at Utah Valley University, and loves being an aunt to her nieces.

Melinda

Receptionist

Melinda grew up in the beautiful Teton Valley, Idaho. She is newly remarried and has lived in the Salt Lake Valley for just over 2 yrs. She has dealt with infertility and a myriad of reproductive health issues her entire life, and that has given her understanding and compassion when serving others. She was fortunate enough to be blessed with 2 amazing boys after struggling with 14 miscarriages. She has worked as a member of the administrative team for a number of healthcare providers over the past decade and has gained incredible insight into all aspects of women’s healthcare. She loves the ocean, her sweet grandbabies and sewing & craft projects of all kinds.
